These are the consumables and machined parts that decide whether a Hayssen or Bosch line keeps running. Each category is backed by drawings, vetted production, and one-piece sampling.
Scalloped, serrated, straight, and special-edge geometries. Through-hardened for service life — not surface-hardened (which fails on the first regrind). Single-piece samples available; tooling fees rebated against the batch order.
Custom Shore-A durometer (55 / 70 / 85). Precision-machined aluminum or steel cores for concentricity. Color-matched to OEM (red, yellow, rust). Mold setup once, run forever.
100-Ohm Platinum RTD probes with Teflon leads and OEM-spec washers. Cartridge heaters in documented wattage / voltage / lead-length combinations. Built to match Hayssen sealing-jaw thermal profiles.
Full SS316 construction available for washdown environments. "Tom Thumb" stainless tie-rod cylinders, Tom-Thumb compatible repair kits, hydraulic shock absorbers for jaw deceleration. Metric or imperial.
Reinforced SS316 with R-angle stress relief — engineered to outlive the OEM design on high-cycle baggers. The original sharp-corner geometry is a known fatigue point; the redesign moves it.
Send a drawing, a sample, or just a part number. If it's not in the library yet, I'll source it, document the process, and add it. The library grows with every customer.
Send the OEM part number — I'll come back with a quote and timeline.
